This Week in Florida What’s New 3/25/19 – Sideward Brewing Grand Opening, Florida Hop Breeding Progress, and more!
There is another brewery to add to your list in Florida. Sideward Brewing will be hosting it’s grand opening party March 30th. At the grand opening there will be 6 can releases. Located in the Milk District of Orlando, Sideward says they will be focusing on crispy lagers, aromatic IPA’s, big stouts, bubbly ciders, and charged cold brew coffee.
Florida Hops Progress
We are seeing some of the first of the southeastern hop breeding taking place. This is another big step for hop farming in a state many said would not be possible.
