ON TAP TODAY: Today, we have a quite the unique beer flowing in our taproom, Red Currant Counter Cultural Colorations. ———————————————— RCCCC for short (although really not that short) is a 10% Sangiovese Barrel-aged Burgundy refermented with red currants. Brewing with tons of Belgian and German malts, along with dark Belgian Candi sugar, really cemented the notes of caramelized fruit and molasses. Furthermore, refermenting with the red currants helped to intensify the wine-like notes in this beer and also contributed flavors reminiscent of raspberry, gooseberry, and cranberry. Don’t miss out. It will only be pouring in the taproom for a limited time. ———————————————— Bottles of the RCCCC are available individually or as a set. We do have a very limited amount of sets left. —————————————— Don’t forget that we allow PROXIES for ALL bottle sales. If you live out of town, you can purchase bottles via our website. You will need to find a friendly Floridian willing to pickup your bottles. —————————————— Our current tap list is below. We open shortly at NOON. —————————————— Current Tap List: || Red Currant Counter Cultural Colorations || (10% Sangiovese Barrel-Aged Burgundy Wild Ale w/ Red Currants) || Stabbing Elbows || (6.5% Wild Golden Ale Blend w/ Sweet and Tart Cherries) || The Fitzgerald || (5.5% Wild Golden Ale/Spontaneous Blend w/ Juniper Berries and Lemons) || Citrus Farmer || (6.9% Farmhouse Ale w/ Oranges and Lemons) || Smooth Pollinator Palmetto || (8.3% Farmhouse Ale w/ Local Palmetto Honey) || Past & Future || (5% Flagship Saison) || Extra Thai Rack || (5.4% Saison infused w/ Lemon Grass, Galangal Root and Kaffir Lime) || Torito Rye || (9.1% Rye Whiskey Barrel-Aged Wild Baltic Porter) || Fresh Off The Farm With Peaches || (5.5% Golden Ale Blend w/ Local Hand-Picked Peaches) || No Puns || (4.4% Mixed-Fermentation Gose w/ Oranges, Lemons, Coriander & Salt — collab w/ @banginbanjobrewing) || Brett Zeppelin || (6.2% Brett Pale Ale) || @angrychairbrewing x @untitledartbrewing – Chocolate Vanilla Maple Imperial Stout || (12% Imperial Stout) . . . #oddbreedwildales #flavorfromfermentation #mixedfermentation #wildales #floridabeer

Tuesday night in Tampa there is the 9th Annual Brews with Attitude Festival. It will feature over 50 breweries to sample and sounds like a good way to spend a Tuesday evening.

This Saturday Sprung Beer Festival is back. Huge beer party held at the Wynwood Marketplace and with a huge list of breweries, ciders, and meads to try. This is a party you may not want to miss.

CFL Top Brewer

Third annual Central Florida Top Brewer Competition is also taking place this Saturday. This top chef style competition is loaded with some awesome breweries competing with unique beers. Who will take the crown depends on your vote. This is an event I am really looking forward to personally.
